The Inter-departmental Counter Terrorism Unit (ICTU) respects the right to personal data privacy and is committed to complying with requirements of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (“PDPO”).

For different purposes and at different times you may be invited to provide personal data through the ICTU website on a voluntary basis. Personal information may include name, telephone number or e-mail address. ICTU will specify the collection purpose and intended usage of your data when it invites you to provide such information.

 

Unless permitted or required by law, ICTU will not disclose your personal data to any third parties without your prior consent.

 

Data Access/Correction Request

Ways to make Data Access Request (DAR)

In person – by delivering a completed DAR Form to any police station. Police officers will assist an applicant to complete the DAR Form if necessary.

By post – by mailing the completed DAR Form to the concerned police station or Formation.

Data Correction Request

After obtaining a copy of the personal data, the data subject may request in writing correction of data which is considered as inaccurate.
